Project Manager – Audio Visual & IT Integration

Location: Mumbai | Pan-India project travel as required

About the Role

We're hiring a Project Manager to deliver AV and IT integration projects end to end across the country from kick-off to final handover. You'll be the single point of contact (SPOC) for the client and the link between our design, purchase, and site teams. AV programming knowledge is a strong plus.

What You'll Do

- Plan, schedule, and deliver AV/IT integration projects nationwide (travel as needed).

- Develop project Gantt charts in Zoho Projects and keep trackers updated internally and with the client.

- Understand and develop SLDs; manage the CAD team to produce AV/IT shop drawings.

- Get shop drawings approved, follow approval processes, and upload all documentation to Zoho Projects.

- Be the client SPOC — daily progress updates externally, weekly review meetings internally.

- Coordinate with the purchase team for timely delivery of cables and equipment.

- Foresee and resolve project challenges proactively to prevent escalations.

- Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover — warranty certificates, client sign-off, and DLP documentation.

Eligibility

- Degree/Diploma/Certifications in Electronics, AV, Electrical, IT, or related field.

- Proven experience delivering AV/IT integration projects on time and on budget.

- Strong grasp of AV systems, signal flow, and IT networking basics (AV-over-IP, switches, Dante).

- Ability to read SLDs, shop drawings, and BOQs.

- Hands-on with Zoho Projects, MS Project, and AutoCAD/Visio.

- Excellent communication, planning, and client-management skills.

- Added advantage: AV programming experience; CTS / PMP / Crestron / Q-SYS / Dante / CCNA certifications.
