Elevate is recruiting a Project Manager to be a part of the program/project management team. As Project Manager, you will be required to perform analysis on critical project data ensuring timely triggers and alerts related to project health. You will be expected to prepare and work on project plans, transition plans for business transition, change management, analytical reports, milestone charts and maintain project database along with your constant support in all program management activities. This role demands quality of work with positive attitude in handling multiple tasks. This will also include working on Administrative support, trackers etc.
Specifically, the Project Manager will
- Gather data about project progress and producing reports for further analysis and alerts. Coordinate with cross functional units.
- Manage Projects scope and timeline.
- Support in project management tools and software for generating and analyzing reports.
- Check and maintain status of milestones and deliverables across the projects.
- Facilitate cross team communications.
- Provide centralized support for managing changes and tracking risks and issues.
- Project Quality Assurance and Monitoring.
- Handle complex tasks and able to adapt quickly to learn new things
- Prepare Reports, Dashboards and Presentations as per Project Plan requirements
- Work on matters management, Engagement letters, CRM trackers etc.
Skills for Success
- Demonstrable evidence of several years project management experience covering at least four full project lifecycle deliveries.
- Ability to lead, develop and manage multi-disciplinary teams across multiple global locations.
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness in dealing with global customers and suppliers;
- Excellent communication skills in order to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
- A strong customer centric approach and can lead by example; and a strong desire to solve problems and contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple project activities and competing work demands.
- Analytical skills and Aptitude is a must.
- Must be a smart worker with pleasing personality.
Experience
- 4-5 years of experience in Project Management role with experience of managing a project lifecycle.
- Exposure on preparing dashboards and reports.
- Worked on at least 3-4 projects as project manager/part of the Project team from project implementation and execution.
- Exposure to Project Lifecycle Management and Project Governance.
- Exposure to transition planning and strategic planning.
Qualifications
- MBA/Masters degree in Business Administration would be preferred.
- Graduate with 7-8 years of experience.
- PRINCE2/PMP or Any Project/Transition Management Certification would be an added advantage
