- Project Lifecycle Management: Lead the planning and implementation of electronics-based projects from initial concept through to manufacturing and delivery.
- Technical Liaison: Act as the primary bridge between the engineering team (Hardware/Firmware/PCB Design) and stakeholders to ensure technical requirements are met.
- Timeline & Budget Control: Manage project schedules using tools. Monitor costs to ensure the project stays within budget.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify technical and logistical bottlenecks early in the development cycle and implement contingency plans.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure all electronics products meet industry standards (e.g. CE, EMI/EMC compliance)
Requirements
- Looking for work experience of 4 - 8 years
- Educational preference are B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. (PMP/Prince2 certification is a plus).
- Engineering Foundation: Strong understanding of embedded systems, PCB assembly processes, and hardware testing protocols.
- Documentation: Ability to create Detailed Project Reports (DPR) and technical specifications.
- Vendor Management: Experience in sourcing electronic components and managing relationships with EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services)
- Adaptive Leadership: Ability to lead a team of engineers while remaining hands-on when technical troubleshooting is required.
- Strategic Communication: Excellence in translating complex technical jargon into clear business updates for executive leadership
