Project Manager, Electrical (Construction)

We are looking for a Project Manager (Electrical) to lead the full delivery of electrical works for a major new project in Central Singapore. You will manage the project team, subcontractors, budget, and schedule from inception to handover.

• Up to $9,000 p.m + Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Drive overall project management, schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
• Manage engineers, supervisors, WSH coordinators, and subcontractors.
• Handle monthly payment claims, variation orders (VO), and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions.
• Liaise with main contractors, consultants, and clients to mitigate site issues.
• Manage approvals for MOS, RA, SWP, shop drawings, and RFIs.
• Lead testing, commissioning, OMM handover, and the DLP programme.

Requirement

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering with minimum 10 years of electrical project management experience in construction.
• Subcontractor construction background is strongly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of HV/LV systems, cabling, switchboards, and transformers.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD BIM/Revit knowledge is a major plus.
