Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of eCommerce, ERP, and system integration projects.
Manage the complete project lifecycle including Discovery, Planning, Execution, Testing, UAT, Deployment, and Sign-off.
Define and manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, resources, budgets, and milestones.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage stakeholder expectations.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including Developers, QA, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and ERP teams.
Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues and implement effective mitigation plans.
Drive project delivery using Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
Manage project profitability, resource utilization, and allocation of appropriate skills to projects.
Oversee SIT, UAT, production releases, and project closure activities.
Prepare project status reports, dashboards, executive summaries, and other project documentation.
Coordinate with Sales teams, ERP vendors, clients, and internal delivery teams.
Support revenue growth from existing clients and follow up on project milestones and payments.
Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to project management best practices.

Mandatory Skills

8+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in software development or technology projects.
Strong experience managing end-to-end SDLC projects.
Experience with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery models.
Strong stakeholder and client management experience.
Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and profitability.
Strong team leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in project reporting, documentation, and executive communication.

Preferred Skills

Experience in ERP implementation or integration projects.
Knowledge of ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, NAV, or Business Central.
Experience with B2B/B2C eCommerce platforms, preferably Magento, Shopify, or BigCommerce.
Experience in eCommerce integration projects and omnichannel ecosystems.
Exposure to Manufacturing, Retail, Distribution, or Wholesale domains.
Experience managing multi-region or global stakeholders.
PMP or other Project Management certification is preferred.
MBA or relevant management qualification is an added advantage.
