Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic technology projects across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing software development projects, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Prior experience in the Gaming, Casino, iGaming, or Sports Betting industry is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, and leadership to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, and proactively drive mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, status meetings, and stakeholder communications.
• Track project progress and performance using established KPIs and reporting frameworks.
• Ensure projects align with business objectives, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with offshore and onsite teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize project delivery processes.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience managing software development or technology projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

PLUS to have Qualifications

• Experience working in the Gaming, Casino, iGaming, Lottery, Sports Betting, or Interactive Entertainment industry .
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certifications.
• Experience managing distributed and global teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements within gaming environments.
