Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and delivery-focused Project Manager to lead multiple digitalization projects across global teams. This role requires strong project execution capabilities combined with a solid technical background to effectively manage end-to-end delivery. The Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and leadership to ensure successful execution of projects within agreed scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery & Execution
Lead multiple concurrent projects, ensuring end-to-end delivery from initiation to closureManage scope, timeline, budget, risks, and quality across all assigned projectsDrive structured planning, execution, tracking, and reporting of project progressEnsure alignment between business objectives and project outcomes
Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across regions and functionsUnderstand business needs and translate them into actionable project deliverablesProvide clear and regular communication, including status updates, risks, and escalationsBuild strong relationships and trust with stakeholders and leadership
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and business teamsFacilitate collaboration and remove roadblocks impacting deliverySupport teams in adopting agile or hybrid delivery methodologiesEnable high-performing teams focused on delivery excellence
Governance & Control
Establish project governance frameworks, including milestones, KPIs, and reporting mechanismsProactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issuesEnsure adherence to organizational standards, processes, and compliance requirementsDrive continuous improvement in delivery processes and practices
Required Skills And Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related fieldProven experience as a Project Manager handling multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong project management fundamentals (scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk)Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologiesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Technical:
Hands-on experience or solid understanding of C#, .NET ecosystemExperience with SharePoint and enterprise collaboration platformsUnderstanding of web technologies and enterprise applications
Nice To Have:
Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (Scrum Master / SAFe)Experience working in digitalization or product-driven environmentsExposure to global delivery models and distributed teamsBackground in Mining, Construction, or Industrial domains
