Job Title: Project Manager Digital Marketing (Client-Facing Role)
Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
Work Mode: On-site | Monday to Friday (Morning Shifts) | Saturdays & Sundays Off
Compensation: Up to 11.7 LPA (maximum 30% hike on last CTC)
About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned professional to take ownership of digital marketing campaign delivery in a project management capacity. This is not a role for an individual marketing manager working independently. Instead, you will serve as the project manager for digital marketing initiatives, ensuring client deliverables are met by effectively liaising between internal teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end planning and execution of multi-channel digital campaigns (email, social, display, content, webinars, integrated campaigns).
- Act as the primary client contact, ensuring smooth communication, delivery, and long-term client success.
- Coordinate with creative, operations, and external vendor teams to drive campaign deliverables.
- Track and manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Standardize reporting frameworks and present insights that demonstrate ROI and measurable outcomes.
- Anticipate client needs, resolve conflicts, and ensure high partner satisfaction.

- Strong expertise in client management and partner success.
- Proven ability in project management, handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and metrics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in reporting campaign performance and driving actionable insights.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience in digital marketing campaign delivery and client servicing.
- Prior exposure to B2B clients across India or South-East Asia is an advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, client-centric environment.
