We are looking for a Project Manager who owns the complete lifecycle of all tech, product, and AI initiatives. This role demands extreme accountability, speed, and quality. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, enforce agile discipline, and ensure every project hits deadlines with zero compromise on execution excellence. The PM becomes the central force driving the Company's transition into a cutting-edge health-tech ecosystem.
The Core Responsibilities For The Job Include The Following
Project Ownership and Delivery:
- Lead and deliver all projects across design, development, testing, and deployment with full responsibility for timelines, quality, and scope.
- Convert business requirements into clear execution plans and ensure on-time delivery in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Identify and eliminate blockers early, ensuring momentum never drops.
Agile Leadership
- Run the entire agile engine, including stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming, retros, and performance tracking.
- Maintain structured delivery cycles and instill a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure all teams operate with transparency, speed, and accountability.
Team Leadership And Mentorship
- Guide and mentor designers, developers, QA engineers, and analysts to elevate their performance.
- Uphold strong leadership standards, motivate teams, and cultivate a high-output culture.
- Act as the stabilizing force that keeps everyone aligned and focused.
Stakeholder Management
- Maintain consistent communication with all internal stakeholders, including Operations, Product, Tech, and Management.
- Provide clear updates, insights, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery.
Technical Execution
- Oversee projects involving: Microservices architecture, React Native, MongoDB and PostgreSQL, ERPNext with Frappe
- Ensure teams follow best practices, engineering standards, and scalable system design.
AI Project Delivery
- Work closely with data and AI teams to plan, execute, and deploy AI-driven solutions at Dieture.
- Ensure AI features integrate seamlessly into operations, customer experience, and the product ecosystem.
Quality And Deployment
- Own UAT cycles, QA testing flows, and final deployment readiness.
- Maintain strict quality benchmarks and ensure flawless releases into production.
- Document processes, track progress, and create reliable project visibility for leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading projects in fast-paced tech or startup environments.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and sprint-driven delivery.
- Familiarity with microservices, React Native, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and ERPNext/Frappe.
- Experience managing complex product rollouts, from idea to deployment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Passion for AI and hands-on experience deploying AI-driven features is a strong plus.
