We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager to elevate multiple agile teams, drive delivery excellence, and support the scaling of Agile across the organization. You will act as a servant leader, coach, facilitator, and delivery partner-removing obstacles, improving flow, and enabling teams to deliver high-quality outcomes consistently. This role blends deep Scrum mastery with strong project management, stakeholder management, and delivery oversight skills.
Wha t You'll Do:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams toward self-management and continuous improvement.
- Remove impediments, optimize workflow, and maintain focus on delivery priorities.
- Partner with Product Owners to ensure clear priorities and a well-refined backlog.
- Use delivery metrics to improve predictability, team health, and performance.
- Coordinate across teams to manage dependencies, risks, and alignment.
- Provide project management where needed: planning, forecasting, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Oversee risk mitigation, budgeting, and vendor collaboration.
- Mentor junior Scrum Masters / Project managers and support Agile maturity across the organization.
- Promote transparency, experimentation, and Agile ways of working in a multicultural environment.

- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on delivery metrics.
- Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Stakeholder and relationship management at all levels.
- Program-level thinking and ability to manage cross-team dependencies.
Preferred Certifications:
- CSM, PSM I/II, A-CSM, or equivalent.
- SAFe SSM, SASM, or ICP-ACC.
- PMP or Agile-Hybrid PM certifications are a strong plus.
- PMP/Agile hybrid certifications are a plus
