Role: Salesforce Technical Project Manager
Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)
Experience Required: 15+ years (with minimum 8+ years into Salesforce)
Preferred Certifications: CSM certification is MUST, PMP / Prince2 added advantage, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified PD1, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
- Overall 15+ years in IT with minimum 8+ years of working experience in Salesforce end-to-end project implementation.
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, other) including Deployment/Packaging effectively.
- Ability to create and review Statements of Work and other contractual documents
- Proven experience in implementing solutions in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud etc.,
- Responsible for the delivery and provide solutions to the new and existing customer base, with a high level of focus on quality Manage timelines, deadlines, feature sets, risks, change requests, releases, and track project
- Facilitates or co-leads with customer project manager regular status meetings with the project team, and all stakeholders.
- Assists consultant team members in the delivery of client presentations during requirements, design, pilot, and user acceptance testing sessions.
- Review deliverables prepared by the team before sharing with the client.
- Good to have integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools.
- Provide best practice Consulting, Implementation, Classic to Lightning Migration, and data migration projects.
- Strong communication and multi-tasking skills in a dynamic environment.
- Managing all Customer interactions, customer meetings and communications.
