What you'll do:
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of DevOps and engineering programs. Confirm priorities, rebalance capacity, review demand vs supply, retire low value work, align quarterly objectives.
- Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies to ensure predictable delivery.
- Partner with Business Units, Engineering, Product, Security, and Infrastructure teams to drive alignment and execution.
- Act as the primary interface between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and transparency.
- Drive Agile delivery by facilitating sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and continuous delivery practices.
- Monitor delivery health through metrics, dashboards, and executive status reporting.
- Identify and remove delivery roadblocks while proactively managing cross-functional dependencies.
- Champion continuous improvement by standardizing project management practices and enhancing delivery maturity.
What you need:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7- 11 years of Project or Program Management experience in software engineering organizations.
- Prior hands-on software development experience with exposure to DevOps principles, agile/scrum methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proven experience leading cross-functional technology programs from planning through execution & hands-on experience with project management tools such as Microsoft project plan, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting DevOps, CI/CD, or cloud transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to security and compliance programs, including SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), SAFe, or equivalent.
- Experience working with distributed global teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.
