About the role:

We are seeking a delivery-focused Project Manager to lead strategic banking projects within the TB – CASH vertical (Liquidity, Escrow, and Account Services). The successful candidate will drive end-to-end delivery, manage bank stakeholders, and coordinate with internal engineering teams to ensure timely execution and robust governance.

What do we want you to do:

  - Manage end-to-end project delivery for Banking/TB CASH initiatives.

  - Act as the primary interface between Bank stakeholders and internal delivery teams.

  - Drive project planning, tracking, and proactive RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies).

  - Control scope and manage change requests with professional justification.

  - Conduct governance reviews and coordinate across Development, QA, Product, and Support teams. 

What would help make your case:

  - 10–15 years of Project Management experience in Banking/Financial Services.

  - Strong domain expertise in Transaction Banking / TB CASH.

  - Proven track record in stakeholder management and enterprise-scale project delivery (Agile/Waterfall).

  - Technical PM experience with exposure to Integration layers and APIs is highly preferred.

  - PMP or Agile certification is preferred.
