Job Summary

· We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead data engineering and BI initiatives while managing a large team across Data Engineering, Power BI, and QA.

· This role focuses on end-to-end delivery, effective resource planning, and strong stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

· Drive end-to-end delivery of data engineering and BI projects

· Ensure efficient resource allocation, timelines, and risk management

· Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders for seamless execution

· Provide regular status updates and drive governance

Required Skills & Experience

· 5–10 years of Project Management experience in data engineering/migration projects

· Mandatory Retail domain experience

· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

· Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Office; Power BI knowledge is a plus

· Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

· Experience in program governance and executive reporting

· Prepare project dashboards, status reports/updates, RAID logs
