• Qualification

BE/BTech with 60% or Equivalent CGPA 

OR

MTech 

OR

Post Gradudate Degree with 60% or Equivalent CGPA in Science/ Application

Specialization: Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics & Communication

• Experience

9Years (5+ years specifically in data centre operations/management)

Prior experience in:

Handling Tier II or Tier III+ facilities

Vendor coordination

NOC/SOC teams

Infrastructure scaling, SLA compliance, and audits

• Technical Skills:

Virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.)

Networking basics (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls)

Power and HVAC systems understanding

iBMS, DCIM platforms

Disaster Recovery & BCP planning

SLA, Uptime tracking, and KPI monitoring

• Soft Skills:

Strong leadership and team coordination

Incident and risk management

Documentation and compliance reporting

Budgeting, vendor negotiation

Crisis communication during outages

Consolidated Salary per month- Rs. 1,10,000/- (CTC-Rs.12.63 LPA - Rs.22.9 LPA (Candidates with higher experience will be offered higher salary as per policy))
