Job Purpose
Responsible for planning and executing Testing & Commissioning (T&C) and Integrated System Testing (IST) for mission-critical data center MEP systems. The role requires
end-to-end hyperscaler data center experience, ensuring systems operate as per design intent and global standards through comprehensive IST and failure scenario validation.
Key Responsibilities
Commissioning Planning
- Develop commissioning plans and L1-L5 scripts (FAT, SAT, FPT, IST)
- Coordinate with OEMs, contractors, and consultants
- Align with hyperscaler commissioning standards
- Testing & Commissioning Execution
- Witness FAT and perform QA/QC inspections
- Execute SAT, FPT, startup, and energization activities
- Conduct load bank testing and system validation
- Lead end-to-end IST, including:
- Failure simulations (N, N+1, 2N)
- Black building / utility failure testing
- System integration validation
System Performance Verification
- Validate systems under normal, maintenance, and failure modes
- Ensure integration with BMS / EPMS / IBMS
- Monitor power, cooling, alarms, and system response
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare commissioning reports and IST documentation
- Maintain punch lists, issue logs, and trackers
- Support final handover and compliance documentation
Systems Coverage
- Mechanical: Chillers, CRAH/CRAC, AHU/PAHU, Cooling Towers, Pumps
- Electrical: MV/LV, Transformers, DGs, UPS, PDUs, ATS/STS, Busducts
- ELV: BMS/IBMS, EPMS, VESDA, Fire Systems, LCS, CCTV & Access Control
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- 10-15 years in MEP Testing & Commissioning
- Mandatory: Hyperscaler data center experience (AWS, Google, Microsoft, etc.)
- Proven end-to-end IST execution experience

Additional Requirements
