The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering strategic business and technology initiatives across DarioHealth. This role ensures projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.

The Project Manager works closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Data, Operations, and Business stakeholders to drive execution, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure successful delivery of cross-functional initiatives.

In addition, the Project Manager promotes Agile best practices, facilitates planning and execution processes, and continuously improves delivery efficiency across teams.

Duties / Responsibilities / Authorities

• Agile Process Alignment & Management
  
  

Drive Agile process alignment and continuous improvement across Dario-wide teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery. Promote a strong Agile culture by championing ceremonies, metrics, and feedback loops that support team growth and delivery excellence.

• Scrum Leadership & Coaching
  
  

Coach Scrum Master's through the Scrum Master Forum : Resolve blockers and cross-team dependencies to build high-performing Agile teams.

• Leading ART Sync & Sprint Coordination
  
  

Facilitate ART (Agile Release Train) syncs across the organization - Ensure the progress, smooth sprint execution and coordinated delivery across teams.

• Business & Strategic Understanding
  
  

Develop a strong understanding of the business, customers, products, and organizational priorities behind each project. Understand the business value and expected impact of projects and use this context to guide execution and prioritization. Communicate project progress and risks in terms of business impact, ensuring leadership and stakeholders understand the implications of key decisions.

• Project & Release Management
  
  

lead cross-functional projects from initiation through successful delivery - responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving projects across Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, QA/RA, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, scope, and quality expectation Lead end-to-end project execution and manage Release process - Collaborate closely with QA/RA, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure on-time, high-quality releases.

Manager release process - Review STD, STR's and other Release documents with QA/RA Team , also managing the Final sign off and Notifications along with Release Notes.

• Portfolio Visibility & Reporting
  
  

Provide regular status reporting, executive updates, KPI tracking, and escalation management. Cross-Functional Program Delivery: Lead organization-wide initiatives involving multiple teams, vendors, and external partners.

• JIRA Management
  
  

Oversee JIRA workflows, project structures, and request management : To Streamline task tracking, enforce process consistency, and enhance team transparency

• Process Automation & AI Enablement
  
  

Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation, AI-powered workflows, and intelligent monitoring solutions. Lead the implementation of automation initiatives and AI agents that streamline project management, delivery processes, reporting, incident management, and cross-functional coordination. Partner with Engineering, Product, Data, and Operations teams to design, deploy, and continuously improve automated processes that reduce manual effort, increase visibility, and enhance organizational productivity.

Drive the adoption of proactive monitoring capabilities, automated alerts, dashboards, and AI-driven insights to identify risks, bottlenecks, and delivery issues before they impact business outcomes. Measure and report on the effectiveness of automation initiatives, ensuring continuous process optimization and alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Proven Experience in Agile Leadership:
  
  

Having good experience in Agile project management, with a strong track record of driving Agile adoption, leading cross-functional teams, and managing Agile programs or Agile Release Trains (ARTs). Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence,

• Scrum Mastery & Coaching Expertise:
  
  

Hands-on experience managing and mentoring multiple Scrum teams. Ability to coach Scrum Masters and team members on Agile best practices, ceremony facilitation, and continuous improvement.

• Strong Facilitation & Communication Skills:
  
  

Skilled in facilitating ART syncs, sprint planning, and retrospectives across multiple teams. Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Business & Strategic Understanding
  
  

Strong business acumen and ability to understand how technology and product initiatives support broader business objectives. Ability to connect project execution with business outcomes, customer needs, operational impact, and company priorities. Comfortable challenging assumptions and asking the right questions to ensure teams are focused on delivering meaningful business value.

• Project & Release Management Proficiency:
  
  

Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects end-to-end and drive timely, high-quality releases in collaboration with QA, Regulatory Affairs, Product, and Engineering teams. Strong Knowledge of Release documents such as STD, STR, SRS , Unresolved Bugs. Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Advanced JIRA Knowledge:
  
  

Proficient in JIRA administration, including managing workflows, dashboards, and project structures to ensure transparency, consistency, and efficient tracking.

• Analytical & Process-Oriented Mindset:
  
  

Ability to track and analyze Agile metrics, implement process improvements, and align delivery with business goals.
