Hiring: Project Manager – D365 / ERP / CRM Implementation

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 / ERP / CRM implementation projects and client delivery.

Location: Delhi

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 5+ Years

Work Mode: Onsite / Delhi

Mandatory Skills & Experience

D365 / ERP / CRM Implementation Experience

Must have experience managing D365 / ERP / CRM implementation projects.

Candidates should clearly mention modules handled and project phases managed — Requirement Gathering, Design, Development, Testing, UAT, Deployment, Go-Live, Hypercare, etc.

Azure DevOps / ClickUp

Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or ClickUp.

Project/task tracking, sprint planning, backlog management, dashboards, issues and reporting.

Contract / Augmented Resource Management

Experience managing contract / augmented resources.

Resource allocation, renewals, timesheet tracking and validation.

Client status reporting and RAUG updates.

Microsoft Partner / ERP Implementation Experience

Experience working with a Microsoft Partner, D365 implementation partner, ERP consulting organization, or similar environment.

Strong understanding of project governance, implementation methodology and client management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end D365 / ERP / CRM implementation projects.

• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.

• Coordinate with functional, technical, development, testing and client teams.

• Manage contract/augmented resources, renewals, timesheets and utilization.

• Prepare client status reports and RAUG/resource updates.

• Track project activities through Azure DevOps / ClickUp.

• Lead client meetings, project reviews and stakeholder communication.

• Coordinate UAT, deployment, Go-Live and post-production activities.

• Ensure timely delivery within agreed scope, timeline and quality standards.
