Project Manager

Project Manager (4–7 Years)

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field.
• 4+ years of project management experience in enterprise software, ERP or integration implementations.
• Demonstrable experience running SIT and UAT cycles with multi-party stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project delivery tools: JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet or equivalent.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is an advantage.

Senior Project Manager (7–12 Years)

• 7+ years in delivery or programme management, with at least 3 years in e-invoicing, ERP or fintech implementations.
• Proven track record managing multi-country or multi-entity compliance rollouts.
• Experience managing both onshore and offshore delivery teams.
• Ability to engage at C-Suite stakeholders on programme risk and escalation.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or MSP certification preferred.

Preferred Domain Knowledge

• E-invoicing regulations: UAE PINT-AE, ZATCA, India GST e-invoicing or similar.
• ERP platforms: Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP or equivalent.
• Integration patterns: REST API, SFTP, middleware/iPaaS, ASP connectivity.
• Finance processes: AR/AP flows, taxation fundamentals.
