Piyovi is seeking a Project Manager – Customer Implementations to manage and drive successful customer onboarding and implementation projects. The role involves working closely with customers, internal product and engineering teams, and external integration partners to ensure projects are delivered on time with a high-quality customer experience.
The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience coordinating cross-functional teams. Exposure to SaaS platforms, ERP integrations, logistics, or supply chain solutions would be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Delivery
- Own and manage customer implementation projects end-to-end, from initiation through successful go-live.
- Define project plans, milestones, timelines, and dependencies, and ensure timely execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve blockers.
- Ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality expectations.
Stakeholder & Customer Management
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Coordinate with product, development, QA, integration teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Conduct regular customer meetings, understand requirements, track open items, and provide implementation updates.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Technical Coordination
- Work with technical teams on integrations, configurations, data exchange, and implementation requirements.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
Go-Live & Post-Implementation Support
- Coordinate go-live readiness activities and ensure a successful transition.
- Support post-go-live stabilization and handover activities.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain project plans, meeting notes, action items, risks, and status reports.
- Provide regular updates to internal leadership and customer stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills

- Experience managing customer-facing projects, implementations, or software delivery projects.
- Strong project planning, execution, tracking, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and timelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive ownership mindset.
- Ability to work closely with technical teams and understand software implementation processes.
Preferred / Added Advantage
- Experience with SaaS product implementations.
- Understanding of ERP systems, APIs, integrations, or enterprise software platforms.
- Exposure to logistics, transportation, supply chain, or carrier integrations.
