We are seeking a strategic Programme Manager to oversee and drive program initiatives that align with organizational goals. This role focuses on ensuring quality, performance, and budget efficiency by managing cross-functional teams and projects. You will be instrumental in developing evaluation protocols, leveraging data-driven insights, and optimizing customer retention strategies to achieve key business objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Program Strategy & Planning:
- Work closely with data analysts, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
- Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Performance & ROI Management:
- Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment (ROI) through cross-project initiatives.
- Monitor ROI on initiatives aimed at enhancing and retaining revenue from the existing customer base.
- Manage the implementation of NPS (Net Promoter Score) at various touchpoints in the customer journey.
- Risk Management & Reporting:
- Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department.
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce comprehensive program reports for managers and stakeholders.
