Max CTC: 8 to 14 LPA

Years of Experience: 10+ years

Notice Period: Immediate - 30 days

Shifts: Should be flexible for rotational shifts

Role and responsibility:

• Candidate should be from POI & Navigations background.
• Leadership skills to lead large team towards meeting project goals
• Provide recommendations for improvement of the mapping process
• Oversee hiring, training, mentoring, and reviewing performance
• Coordinate with various functional managers for smooth execution of the project Drive service delivery performance
• Escalation Management
• Risk Management
• Stakeholder interaction
• SLA Management
• People and Process management
• Deep understanding of project management systems and tools such as workflow management.
• Support Sr. Management with timely inputs on project progress and team performance
• Quality metrics review, maintenance, and management
• Client coordination resolving technical queries from the team for any escalations/resolutions
• Staffing, Training Need Identification & Training Effectiveness
• Project planning and delivery management
• Manage Team managers, Team Leads and troubleshoot issues
• Periodic status review meeting
• Manage and monitor performance
• Adapt to change management
