Project Manager, Corporate Fit Out - Pune

Job Description

• Candidate must have experience in corporate interior fitouts projects.
• Lead end-to-end project execution from planning to handover, ensuring delivery within time, cost, and quality benchmarks.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
• . Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Oversee design coordination, procurement, and site execution activities.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and manage changes/variations effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare and present project reports, progress updates, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Education - B.E/ B.Tech/ B.Arch - Civil
• 5-10years of experiene
• Key Skills & Competencies:
• . Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• . Sound knowledge of construction/fit-out processes, MEP coordination, and contracts.
• . Ability to manage tight timelines and multiple stakeholders.
• . Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
