Project Manager Corporate Communications | Hybrid Pune
We are partnered with a leading global financial services organisation, seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Corporate Communications capabilities. This is a hybrid role based in Pune, offering a fantastic opportunity to work across high-impact technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver strategic communication projects within Group Technology functions
- Develop, review, and refine communication materials including announcements, newsletters, executive messaging, and internal updates
- Partner closely with senior technology stakeholders to understand initiatives and translate them into clear, concise, and engaging content
- Manage project timelines, scope, risks, and reporting to ensure successful delivery
- Maintain a strong governance approach and ensure alignment to internal standards and communication guidelines
- Drive stakeholder engagement and support change communications across multiple streams
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven background in Project Management within large-scale enterprise environments (financial services preferred)
- Strong experience in Corporate Communications exceptional writing, editing, and stakeholder communication skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working within technology or digital transformation environments is a strong advantage
- Confident in engaging with senior leadership and simplifying complex technical topics
