Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Assistant / Deputy Program Manager with strong experience in the Consumer Electronics industry to manage large-scale promoter programs, retail execution, and client relationships across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients (Regional & Head Office teams)

- Manage and monitor the attendance and workforce management system

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for open positions across zones

- Ensure accurate salary processing and Full & Final (FNF) settlements

- Track and monitor application usage and sales reporting

- Conduct competition mapping and gather market intelligence

- Maintain overall program hygiene and operational efficiency

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution

Key Requirements:

- 6–8 years of experience in program/project management or operations

- Experience in blue-collar / field force hiring

- Strong client handling and stakeholder management skills

- Knowledge of payroll, compliance, and attendance systems

- Good analytical and reporting skills

Preferred Background:

- Experience in consumer electronics / telecom / retail / staffing industry

- Exposure to modern trade / promoter programs / sales operations

• Consumer Electronics Brands (Samsung, LG, Apple, Sony, etc.)
• Retail Chains (Croma, Reliance Digital, Vijay Sales)
