Skills:
∙Atleast 4 years Core project management end-end life cycle experience
∙PMP certification or equivalent training
∙Healthcare Insurance industry business and operational knowledge

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain project plans, charters, and work breakdown structures to ensure delivery against schedule, scope, and budget
- Build and sustain strong relationships across the organization and with clients to support successful collaboration and outcomes
- Drive Delivery Excellence 3.0 best practices by managing demand/capacity weekly, ensuring clear timesheets (by Fridays 5:00 p.m.), and optimizing cost-efficient execution
- Partner closely with the Solution team and PMO to launch projects on time with essential staffing, and develop complete communication/mitigation and change control plans with stakeholder approvals
- Analyze risks and performance adherence, establish contingency plans and trigger-based corrective actions, and report status and deliverables consistently (including representing in meetings and auditing special projects for effectiveness/efficiency)
