Our BEM department is integral to on-ground execution, ensuring that SKV's design and delivery meet the highest quality benchmarks.

Candidate Profile:

- 3-6 years of experience in project execution or site management, ideally in commercial/workplace interiors

- Educational background in architecture, civil, or interior design preferred

- Deep understanding of execution drawings, materials, project timelines, and site coordination

- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams, vendors, and client expectations

- Ability to troubleshoot on-site challenges and deliver on-time, quality outcomes

- Experience working in turnkey/interior contracting environments is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage execution of interior fit-out projects from start to finish

- Coordinate between design, procurement, factory, and site teams for smooth workflow

- Ensure timelines, quality, cost, and safety standards are met across all project stages

- Conduct regular site inspections, supervise contractors, and resolve day-to-day execution issues

- Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors to ensure project alignment

- Track project schedules and budgets, and report progress to internal and external stakeholders

- Uphold SKV's execution quality and build standards on every site
