Project Manager Construction

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager - MEP with strong exposure to IT infrastructure delivery within construction/building fit-out projects.

Key Requirements:

10+ years of relevant IT project management experience

Experience in construction, fit-out, workplace or building projects

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, MDF/IDF and server rooms

Experience with LAN/WAN, structured cabling, security systems and IT infrastructure integration

Strong project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management skills

Ability to coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, MEP, and IT teams.

Proficiency in MS Project / Jira or similar tools

PMP certification preferred
