. Plan, coordinate, andoversee all phases of construction projects.

. Manage project schedules,budgets, and resources effectively.

. Liaise with clients,consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities.

. Monitor site progress andensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.

. Identify project risks andimplement appropriate mitigation measures.

. Ensure workplace safety,quality standards, and contractual requirements are met.

. Prepare project reports,progress updates, and documentation.

. Lead and motivate projectteams to achieve project objectives.

About you

. Degree or Diploma in CivilEngineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

. Minimum 3-5 years ofrelevant experience in the construction industry.

. Strong knowledge ofconstruction methods, project planning, and contract administration.
