Project Manager Networking OT Networking Products Services LANWLAN, Customer Journeys ITIL Purpose Plan, coordinate, and deliver networking and OT networking initiatives LANWLAN, SD WAN, routingswitching, industrial networks on time, on budget, and to agreed operational and safety standards, ensuring smooth handover to run teams. Core responsibilities Lead end to end delivery: product launches, managed service rollouts, site deployments, LANWLAN upgrades, OT network deploymentsmigrations, OSSBSS and orchestration integrations. Create and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, risk registers, and RAID logs include OT maintenancesafety constraints. Coordinate cross functional teams product, network OT engineering, NOC, OT operations, field ops, security, vendors, procurement, customer success. Convert service design outputs customer journeys, service blueprints, runbooks, SLAs into executable workstreams, deployment acceptance plans. Manage ITIL aligned change, release, and service level processes; schedule change windows, secure approvals, verify rollback plans, and ensure OT safetyavailability. Oversee vendorscontractors SOWs, OT compliance, KPIs, invoicing, escalations. Ensure quality via site survey validation, testUAT and OT validation, installationchecklists, and post deployment verification connectivity, performance, telemetry. Run governance reporting steering, status, RAID; drive lessons learned and transfer runbooksknowledge to NOCOT ops. Track KPIs: on time delivery, budget variance, change success rate, defectincident rates post deployment, OT availability, and customer acceptance. Required skills experience Proven PM experience delivering networking and OT projects LANWLAN, industrial networking, SCADAICS connectivity. Practical ITIL changereleaseservice level knowledge applied to ITOT. Familiarity with OSSBSS, NMSEMS, CMDB, ticketing tools ServiceNowJira, and industrial protocols Modbus, OPC UA. Vendorcontract management and OT safetycompliance experience. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation. PMPPRINCE2 or equivalent preferred; agile experience a plus. Key deliverables one line each Project charter, detailed plan, schedule, resource budget trackers. Riskissue register with OT safety mitigations. Change schedules, rollback plans, ITIL release artifacts. Site deployment OT commissioning checklists, testUAT and acceptance reports. Vendor SOWs, KPIs, and procurement records. Handover package: runbooks, CMDB updates, knowledge transfer logs. Post project review and continuous improvement roadmap. Success criteria Projects delivered on time and within budget with agreed acceptance. High change success rates and minimal post deployment defects. OT and IT availability targets met with minimal disruption. Smooth handover to operations with documented runbooks and trained teams.
