Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP PMO Resource Onboarding and Offboarding as well as SAP PMO Project Scheduling. Experience in the Manufacturing and Supply Chain domain is a plus. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift with no travel required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding of SAP PMO resources to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of project activities.
- Coordinate and manage SAP PMO project scheduling to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with organizational objectives and drive successful project outcomes.
- Monitor project progress and performance identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to optimize project efficiency and resource allocation.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status challenges and achievements.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures in all project activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and outcomes.
- Support the development and implementation of best practices in project management within the organization.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment to promote innovation and excellence.
- Leverage domain expertise in Manufacturing and Supply Chain to provide valuable insights and recommendations for project success.
- Adapt to the hybrid work model balancing remote and on-site work to meet project requirements effectively.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong background in SAP PMO Resource Onboarding and Offboarding with proven experience in managing complex projects.
- Demonstrate expertise in SAP PMO Project Scheduling with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
- Experience in the Manufacturing and Supply Chain domain is highly desirable providing a competitive edge in project execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies to drive project success.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address project challenges proactively.
