Job Summary
The Project Manager will oversee and manage projects within the Data & Analytics Business domain focusing on IQVIA OCE Marketing and Sales. With a minimum of 10 years of experience the candidate will ensure project delivery aligns with business objectives leveraging technical expertise in SnM IQVIA Reporting. The role requires office-based work during day shifts with no travel obligations.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning sessions to ensure alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Oversee the execution of projects within the Data & Analytics Business domain ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Provide guidance and direction to project teams fostering collaboration and effective communication.
- Monitor project progress and performance implementing corrective actions as necessary to achieve project goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IQVIA OCE Marketing and Sales solutions.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including plans schedules and reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Facilitate regular project meetings to review progress address challenges and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Implement best practices in project management to optimize resource utilization and enhance project efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements particularly in R&D Preclinical and Clinical domains.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Utilize technical expertise in SnM IQVIA Reporting to provide insights and recommendations for project optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the project scope.
- Support the development of project management methodologies and tools to enhance organizational capabilities. Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in Data & Analytics Business with a focus on IQVIA OCE Marketing and Sales.
- Demonstrate proficiency in SnM IQVIA Reporting leveraging technical skills to drive project success.
- Have domain expertise in R&D Preclinical and Clinical areas contributing to informed decision-making.
- Exhibit strong leadership and communication skills fostering collaboration and team engagement.
- Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development in project management practices.
