Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and client-focused Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of projects while maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires ownership of timelines, quality, stakeholder communication, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities
1. Client Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable plans
  • Conduct regular client calls, status updates, and reviews
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and retention
  • Manage escalations and resolve issues proactively
2. Project Planning & Execution
  • Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
  • Create detailed project plans and track progress
  • Allocate resources efficiently across projects
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
3. Delivery & Operations
  • Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations
  • Monitor KPIs such as turnaround time (TAT), accuracy, and productivity
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Ops, Product, QA, HR)
  • Implement process improvements for efficiency and scalability
4. Team Coordination
  • Lead and guide cross-functional teams
  • Set clear expectations and track team performance
  • Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews
  • Enable team productivity and resolve bottlenecks
5. Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards
  • Share weekly/monthly reports with stakeholders
  • Track risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
6. Process Improvement & Strategy
  • Identify gaps in delivery and suggest improvements
  • Drive automation and operational efficiency
  • Contribute to scaling delivery processes
Key Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 2–6 years of experience in Project Management / Client Delivery
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in handling multiple clients/projects
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Asana, Jira, or similar
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Data Annotation / AI Data/ Operations-heavy environments
  • Exposure to startups or high-growth environments
  • PMP / Agile certification (good to have)
