Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and client-focused Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of projects while maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires ownership of timelines, quality, stakeholder communication, and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Management- Act as the primary point of contact for clients
- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable plans
- Conduct regular client calls, status updates, and reviews
- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention
- Manage escalations and resolve issues proactively
2. Project Planning & Execution- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Create detailed project plans and track progress
- Allocate resources efficiently across projects
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
3. Delivery & Operations- Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations
- Monitor KPIs such as turnaround time (TAT), accuracy, and productivity
- Coordinate with internal teams (Ops, Product, QA, HR)
- Implement process improvements for efficiency and scalability
4. Team Coordination- Lead and guide cross-functional teams
- Set clear expectations and track team performance
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews
- Enable team productivity and resolve bottlenecks
5. Reporting & Documentation- Maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards
- Share weekly/monthly reports with stakeholders
- Track risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
6. Process Improvement & Strategy- Identify gaps in delivery and suggest improvements
- Drive automation and operational efficiency
- Contribute to scaling delivery processes
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 2–6 years of experience in Project Management / Client Delivery
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in handling multiple clients/projects
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Asana, Jira, or similar
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Data Annotation / AI Data/ Operations-heavy environments
- Exposure to startups or high-growth environments
- PMP / Agile certification (good to have)
