Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Civil to lead and manage high-rise residential/commercial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, cost control, and coordination with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complete lifecycle of high-rise building projects from planning to handover
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource planning
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Monitor site progress, quality standards, and safety compliance
- Handle vendor management, billing certification, and cost control
- Conduct regular site reviews and MIS reporting to senior management
- Ensure compliance with local authority approvals and regulations
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Key Skills Required- Strong expertise in high-rise construction methodologies
- Knowledge of RCC structures, finishing works, and MEP coordination
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD)
- Excellent leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
- Strong understanding of safety standards and quality control processes
Qualifications- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
- PMP certification (preferred)
Preferred Experience- Experience in residential/commercial high-rise projects (15+ floors)
- Prior experience with reputed real estate developers or construction firms
