Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise residential construction and interior projects from planning to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and site engineers.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with construction standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Prepare project schedules, reports, and progress updates for management.
- Manage procurement of materials and ensure timely availability at project sites.
- Handle client coordination and provide project status updates.
- Oversee interior fit-out activities and finishing work.
- Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E. Civil).
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in residential construction, building projects, or home interior projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction practices, project planning, and site management.
- Experience in handling residential buildings, villas, apartments, and interior projects.
- Good communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools will be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
