Project Manager – Civil Construction

Experience: 7-10 Years

Location: New Delhi

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from site mobilization to final handover.
• Plan and monitor project timelines, manpower, materials, and costs.
• Supervise civil works including RCC, foundation, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients.
• Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
• Monitor site progress, resolve execution issues, and manage contractors/subcontractors.
• Prepare regular project progress reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Candidate Profile

• Civil Engineering degree/diploma preferred.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
• 7-10 years of relevant civil construction experience.
• Mandatory: Experience handling bungalow, villa, farmhouse, or luxury residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil execution, drawings, BOQs, project planning, and contractor management.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
