Job Description:-
1. Administrative & Leadership Responsibilities
Leading and managing the civil department or municipal administration.
Developing policies related to civil services, public infrastructure, and urban planning.
Coordinating with government agencies, contractors, and stakeholders.
2. Infrastructure & Public Works
Supervising the construction, maintenance, and operation of public infrastructure (roads,

Approving plans and budgets for civil projects.
3. Regulatory & Compliance Duties
Enforcing building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental laws.
Managing permits, inspections, and compliance reports.
Addressing public complaints related to civil services.
4. Disaster Management & Emergency Response
Coordinating emergency response plans for natural disasters like floods, earthquakes, etc.
Ensuring proper rehabilitation and reconstruction efforts.
5. Financial & Budget Management
Allocating funds for public infrastructure projects.
Monitoring financial expenditures and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
6. Public Relations & Community Engagement
Communicating with the public regarding civic issues.
Addressing grievances related to municipal services.
Promoting sustainable urban development initiatives.
