Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in Kochi. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects, managing budgets, and ensuring timely and efficient project delivery. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with stakeholders, monitoring project progress, managing resources, addressing challenges, and ensuring safety and compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Construction Project Management, Construction Management, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
• Experience in Project Management and Project Coordination to oversee project execution and communication with stakeholders
• Strong skills in Budgeting and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage teams effectively and ensure collaboration among different departments
• Extensive knowledge of local construction codes, regulations, and practices
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in project management software (MS project / Primavera)
• Minimum 5 years of work experience.
