Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Civil to oversee the end-to-end execution of premium high-rise residential apartment projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, deep technical expertise in civil execution, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to deliver projects on time, cost-effectively, and to a high quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete lifecycle of the project, from planning, approvals, and mobilisation to execution, completion, and handover.
- Coordinate with architects, structural and MEP consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure seamless execution.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks; ensure adherence to project timelines and cost targets.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including EC, RERA, municipal, fire, and environmental approvals.
- Implement robust risk management, quality assurance, and safety protocols across all phases of the project.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide progress updates to senior management.
- Drive sustainability, safety, and environmental best practices at the site.
- Manage procurement schedules, contractor billing, material approvals, and site documentation efficiently.
- Resolve on-site technical challenges and ensure proactive problem-solving to avoid delays.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in real estate project execution, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing high-rise or premium residential projects from concept to handover.
- Strong knowledge of local building by-laws, construction codes, and regulatory procedures.
