Job Description:

Shri Balaji Construction LLP is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a background in Civil Engineering to oversee project operations at the Navsari site. The ideal candidate will manage all stages of project execution, ensuring timely progress, budget control, and quality standards, specifically for electrical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Project Management and Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, coordinating all site activities and resources to meet project goals.

· Site Supervision: Supervise and monitor work progress on-site to ensure alignment with timelines and quality standards.

· Client Meetings and Progress Review: Regularly meet with clients to review project progress, address issues, and update on milestones.

· Documentation Compliance: Ensure timely submission of all required site documentation, including Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Monthly Progress Reports (MPR), and relevant test reports as per tender specifications.

· Project Documentation: Maintain and organize all project documentation at the site for efficient access and compliance.

· Resource Coordination: Liaise with other departments to address resource needs and resolve project-related challenges.

· On-Time and Within Budget Delivery: Work diligently to meet project deadlines within the budget and fulfil all stakeholder expectations.

· Risk Management & Safety Compliance: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays or budget overruns. Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and conduct site audits to enforce compliance with workplace safety standards.

Qualification & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in civil engineering project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
