About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented project manager to join our execution team and support day-to-day site operations. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build strong on-ground experience and grow within a high-performance real estate environment.
You will work closely with senior engineers and project managers to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality execution at site.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Execution Support
- Assist in supervising daily construction activities at site
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
- Support in maintaining quality standards during execution
Coordination & Follow-Ups
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams
- Follow up on daily tasks to ensure timely progress of work
- Report site issues and assist in resolving them
Quality & Monitoring
- Assist in checking work quality, levels, alignments, and finishing details
- Ensure proper execution of basic civil and finishing activities
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily progress reports (DPRs) and site records
- Assist in measurement of work and basic quantity tracking
Material & Site Management
- Monitor material usage and basic inventory at site
- Ensure proper handling of materials to avoid wastage
Eligibility Criteria:
- Based in Mumbai (mandatory)
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 7–15 years of experience (freshers with strong fundamentals can be considered)
- Background must be in construction/real estate (internship experience acceptable)
