We seek an experienced Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of our builder floor projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead and coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and site supervisors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure construction standards are met.
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
- Ensure all projects adhere to local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Oversee the construction phase, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and implementing changes as necessary to ensure project success.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Prepare and present project status reports, updates, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks and challenges that may impact project delivery and profitability.
Skills and Qualifications
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in residential construction project management.
- Candidate must be B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and safety regulations in the Indian context.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
