Job Title: Civil Project Manager

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee and deliver civil construction projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning:

- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets

- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues

Project Execution:

- Manage and supervise project teams, including contractors and subcontractors

- Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulations, and industry standards

- Monitor and control project progress, costs, and quality

Stakeholder Management:

- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders

- Ensure effective communication and issue resolution

Risk Management:

- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues

- Develop and implement risk management plans

Quality and Safety:

- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards and regulations

- Implement quality control and safety measures

Requirements:

Education:

- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Experience:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in civil project management, preferably in construction of Building Projects

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction practices

- Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
