Project Manager Civil

We need an experienced Project Manager to own everything beyond civil — electrical, plumbing, MEP, HVAC/AC, interiors, and all finishing works through to final handover. You will be the single point of contact between the management and all vendors, accountable for timelines, quality, and cost.

What We're Looking For

• 4–8 years of experience in residential or commercial fit-out project coordination
• Prior experience managing multiple vendors and trades simultaneously on a single project
• Solid working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and interior works
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in maintaining Excel-based project schedules and trackers
• Based in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon, daily site presence required
• Someone who takes ownership and drives progress without waiting to be directed
