Project Manager (CGI, 3D, and digital experiences)

Job description:

Nova Design is looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead creative and tech-driven projects across CGI, 3D, and digital experiences. You'll manage timelines, coordinate teams, and ensure seamless delivery from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project execution
• Coordinate with designers, 3D artists, and developers
• Communicate with clients and handle feedback cycles
• Track timelines, deliverables, and team progress
• Ensure quality and on-time delivery of all projects
• Handle project documentation and reporting

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in project management (creative/agency preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with tools like Asana, Trello, Notion, or similar
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Bonus

• Exposure to CGI, animation, Unreal/Unity workflows
• Understanding of design and creative processes
