Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure & Operations Management:

• Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure initiatives, including cloud adoption, data center upgrades, network transformation, and security enhancements.
• Oversee internal IT infrastructure including Azure, AWS, GCP, on-premises data centers, networking, and end-user computing.
• Ensure 24/7 availability, high reliability, and security of internal IT environments.
• Implement IaaS best practices, focusing on automation, self-service provisioning, and infrastructure efficiency.
• Drive IT operational excellence through AI-driven monitoring, AIOps, and automation frameworks.

Project & Program Management:

• Develop and execute project roadmaps, budgets, and risk management strategies.
• Ensure projects align with PMO governance, ITSM best practices, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, ITIL, SOC 2).
• Champion Agile, DevOps, and cloud-native methodologies for accelerated project delivery.
• Drive cost optimization and performance improvements across IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with IT operations, security, cloud architects, and business leaders to align IT projects with organizational goals.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management:

• Act as a strategic partner between IT leadership, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Conduct governance meetings, executive reporting, and project health assessments.
• Manage vendor contracts, SLA negotiations, and performance tracking for IT service providers.
• Provide recommendations on emerging technologies, IT investments, and service improvements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, cloud operations, and enterprise IT projects.
• Expertise in PMO governance, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies.
• Deep technical knowledge of Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), Virtualization, Networking, and IT Operations.
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks, ServiceNow, ITSM, and IT security best practices.
• Experience in data center operations, disaster recovery planning, and IT resilience strategies.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or Agile are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in enterprise IT modernization, automation, and cloud migration projects.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, SOC 2).
• Ability to leverage AI/ML for IT operations (AIOps) and cloud optimization.
• Proven track record in cost optimization, digital transformation, and IT service delivery improvements.
