Role Description The Project Manager – CAD Services is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.

This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering CAD and related engineering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

Day-to-day tasks include managing project schedules, allocating resources, tracking progress, and ensuring quality standards across CAD deliverables.

The Project Manager will liaise with clients and internal teams, oversee expediting of drawings and documentation, and coordinate inspection and logistics activities related to project execution.

The role also involves risk management, resolving project issues, preparing status reports, and driving continuous improvement in processes and team performance.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting, with experience overseeing engineering or CAD projects.
• Experience in expeditor responsibilities, including Expeditor and Expediting, to ensure timely delivery of drawings, documents, and materials.
• Knowledge of Inspection processes for engineering or CAD-based deliverables, with attention to detail and quality control.
• Logistics Management skills for coordinating project-related shipments, documentation, and resource movement.
• Proficiency in CAD tools and familiarity with BIM and GIS concepts; prior experience in product design or engineering services is preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage client expectations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related technical field; relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are an advantage.
