Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Client Servicing professional from the Events industry to work on a national account.

A strong understanding of the industry, attention to research, maintaining trackers, and following structured systems and processes to enable independent working are key to success in this role. Knowledge of AI tools to streamline and manage work efficiently will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and translate them into impactful event experiences
• Understand the importance of research on the client and the industry
• Plan and execute events while managing timelines and budgets
• Lead client communication and coordinate with internal teams.
• Oversee end-to-end event operations and execution
• Monitor event budgets, expenses, and reporting
• Troubleshoot on-ground challenges and ensure smooth delivery
• Evaluate event success and share post-event insights

What we're looking for:

• 4-9 years of experience in Event Management, specifically in Client Servicing
• Strong experience managing large/national accounts
• Proven track record of delivering successful events
• A solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership and leadership skills

Preferred:

Degree in Event Management or a related field.
