Project Manager / Business Project Manager | Financial Services

Up to $9,000/month
22 Days Annual Leave + 1 Birthday Leave
Monday-Friday | 9.00am-6.00pm
WFH Once a Week

Key Responsibilities

. Manage a portfolio of projects across different business functions
. Develop and execute migration and implementation plans
. Coordinate project activities from requirements gathering through delivery
. Work closely with Business, Operations, Technology, Finance, Risk and Data Governance stakeholders
. Gather and validate business requirements with users and project teams
. Translate requirements into clear project documentation and process flows
. Assess proposed solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and expectations
. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones and resource requirements
. Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure appropriate resources are available for project delivery
. Monitor project progress and ensure key milestones and deliverables are achieved
. Identify project issues, dependencies and risks and coordinate appropriate resolution
. Support change management and business readiness activities
. Coordinate and deliver training as part of project implementation where required
. Prepare project updates and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
. Provide additional Business Support during peak periods and respond effectively to changing business requirements
