Job Description
We're Hiring: Salesforce Technical Project Manager – Salesforce CPQ
Location: Bangalore / Gurgaon
Work Mode: Hybrid
Experience: 12 to 18 years
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in Salesforce implementation, CPQ solutions, and end-to-end project delivery.
The ideal candidate will combine hands-on Salesforce technical knowledge with excellent project management, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
Required Technical Skills
Strong experience in Salesforce implementation and technical project management.
Proven experience managing 2–3 end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects.
Hands-on project delivery experience with Salesforce CPQ implementations.
Good technical understanding of:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)
- Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows
- Salesforce APIs, integrations, and data migration
- CPQ Product Bundles, Price Rules, Configuration Rules, Quote Templates, and Approval Processes
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, customization, and deployment methodologies.
Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
Excellent stakeholder management, client communication, team leadership, and delivery management skills.
